Tehran, IRNA – Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani described the Zionist regime as the Islamic World enemy.
“Iran’s active participation in bilateral talks with #SaudiArabia – hosted by Iraq – stems from our strategic outlook which calls for cooperation & amity with neighbors in view of securing bilateral & regional interests,” Shamkhani wrote in his Twitter account on Saturday.
“Don’t forget: The Zionist regime is the Islamic world’s enemy.”
Earlier, spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Saeed Khatibzadeh said Tehran is ready to continue the talks in Baghdad, but continuation of talks depends on the Riyadh’s decision.
