Riyadh: The Saudi-French Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shura Council, chaired by Dr. Ayman bin Saleh Fadhel, held a meeting with a parliamentary delegation from the French Senate’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, headed by Senator Fiat Lopez, a member of the French-Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committee. The meeting occurred during the delegation’s official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Participants discussed relations between the two countries in various fields and explored ways to enhance bilateral cooperation at the parliamentary level. They also talked about strengthening the role of the parliamentary friendship committees in both countries to support cooperation. Additionally, they addressed several topics and issues of mutual interest between Saudi Arabia and France.
