The Minister of Internal Security of Somalia, Mohamed Ahmed Sheikh Ali Doodishe, has reiterated his country’s support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s bid to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh.

In a statement to the media today, after the meeting of the Advisor at the Saudi Royal Court, Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Kattan, with Somali President Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, the Minister said that his country supports the Kingdom’s bid to host the Expo 2030 in Riyadh, as well as holding the first Saudi-African Summit and the fifth Arab-African Summit in Saudi Arabia this year.

For his part, Advisor Kattan expressed the Saudi government’s appreciation for this support, which emanates from the strong bilateral ties.
