Madinah: SPA documented some of the strenuous efforts made by the field committees in the security, guidance, health, and volunteer sectors in Madinah to organize the group-guiding of pilgrims from Madinah to Makkah and facilitate their transportation to the holy sites with ease and comfort.
Today, SPA field teams monitored the smooth flow of the reception and group-guiding of buses through the Madinah Gate — 40 km on the Hijra Expressway — as they left for Makkah. Since early morning — the peak of the traffic process of re-grouping the guests of God heading to the holy sites to perform the Hajj this year witnessed the smooth departure of pilgrims who have spent days in the city of the Prophet and saw the smooth flow of the movement of receiving and dispatching buses in the vicinity of Miqat of Dhu al-Hulayfa on the outskirts of Madinah, under the supervision of the Hajj and Ziyarah Committee in the region, and with the participation of the relevant authorities.
