Supreme Leader to receive East Azarbaijan people tomorrow

Tehran, IRNA – A group of citizens of East Azarbaijan province will meet Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei tomorrow on the occasion of February 18, 1978 uprising of Tabriz people.

During the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic such meetings were held through videoconference from Tabriz Friday Prayers Site.

This year’s personal meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 15 at Imam Khomeini Hosseiniyeh and people from all walks of life from East Azarbaijan province are invited to attend.
