Syrian Army Pounds Terrorists’ Positions, Gatherings in Northern Homs
Syrian Army soldiers have continued their advances in Northern Homs and have pounded the gatherings of Fatah al-Sham Front (formerly known as the al-Nusra Front) and Ahrar al-Sham in five different regions, inflicting heavy losses on the militants.
Syrian government forces struck the positions of Fatah al-Sham and Ahrar al-Sham near the village of al-Sa'an al-Aswad, killing at least 11 militants and wounding several more; FNA reported.
Meantime, terrorists' strongholds in the villages of al-Wa'areh, al-Touteh, Tal Abu al-Sanasel and al-Qajar came under heavy attacks by the Syrian army soldiers and popular forces.
In relevant developments in the province on Friday, several military vehicles of the terrorist groups on a road in Northern Homs were destroyed in a joint attack of the Syrian Army soldiers and National Defense Forces.
