TAQEEM Translates the Business Valuation Sector Curricula into Arabic

The Saudi Authority of Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) finished translating from English into Arabic and localizing the Business Valuation Sector curricula.

It is one of the most important objectives in the process of developing the valuation profession and upgrading its professionals, technicians and ethics, and in applying the best professional standards, and providing outstanding levels of support, services and products.

TAQEEM spokesperson Saad Al-Baiz said that the authority’s training arm, Taqeem Academy, has completed the translation of six training curricula and their annexes, more than 630,000 words, including all explanations and arithmetic equations, and this will have a crucial role in boosting information and enriching Arabic content.

Al-Baiz pointed out that the project is an important step through which TAQEEM foresees the future of the profession, which contributes to its development, improves the services provided to its practitioners, increases awareness and transparency, and enables valuers
to be familiar with the standards and methods adopted globally in evaluating economic establishments.

He also stressed that the authority pays great attention to the development of accredited valuers in the Kingdom, helping them overcome obstacles, addressing the various challenges they may face, and providing various opportunities for practitioners and those wishing to practice assessment.

He said that enrollment in business valuation courses in Arabic language may be effected through the electronic portal: qima.taqeem.sa.
