Skaka, The National Committee for the Welfare of Prisoners, Ex-Inmates, and their Families in the Al-Jouf Region (Tarahum) participates in serving pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom.
A number of the committee’s volunteers, in cooperation with the Association of Pilgrims and Umrah Performers in the Al-Jouf region, participated in welcoming pilgrims arriving from the north of the Kingdom with gifts, flowers, and guidebooks, ensuring the comfort of pilgrims until they leave the region to perform Hajj.
