A security source announced that the office of the MP of Basra, Uday Awad, was subjected to an armed attack, which caused some material damage to the front of the office.

The source said that unidentified gunmen fired their weapons towards the MP’s headquarters in Al-Jami’at area in the center of Basra, causing material damage to the office without recording any human injuries.
