Riyadh: According to the National Center for Meteorology, moderate and torrential thundershowers, accompanied by dust-stirring winds would be forecast for some parts of Najran, Jazan, Asir, Baha, Makkah, Eastern, Riyadh and Qassim regions, while the fog formations would be forecast for some parts of these regions

Winds over the Red Sea would be northerly to northwesterly in the northern and central parts, registering a speed of 15 to 40km/h and southwesterly to northwesterly, in the southern part, registering a speed of 12 to 32km/h, reaching 50km/h towards Bab Al-Mandab Strait with thunderstorms in the southern part. In the Arabian Gulf, the wind will be southeasterly to southerly in the northern and central parts, registering a speed of 15 to 40km/h, reaching 50km/h with thunderstorms and easterly to southeasterly in the southern part, registering a speed of 12 to 32km/h.
