Riyadh: According to the National Center for Meteorology, moderate and torrential thundershowers, accompanied by dust-stirring winds would still be forecast for some parts of Najran, Jazan, Asir, Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Qassim, and Riyadh regions, extending to some parts of the Eastern Region. The fog formations would be forecast for some parts of these regions
Winds over the Red Sea would be northerly to northwesterly in the northern and central parts, registering a speed of 15 to 45km/h and southeasterly to southwesterly, in the southern part, registering a speed of 12 to 32km/h, reaching 50km/h towards Bab Al-Mandab Strait. In the Arabian Gulf, the wind will be southeasterly to southerly in the northern and central parts, registering a speed of 15 to 45km/h, reaching 50km/h with thunderstorms and easterly to southeasterly in the southern part, registering a speed of 12 to 32km/h.
