The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued its daily forecast report for the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The report said that the weather will be hot in some parts of the Eastern Region, while the thunderstorms, accompanied by active winds are still forecasted to occur in some parts of Jazan, Asir, and Baha regions, extending to the southern parts of Makkah heights.
The report added that the dusty winds will continue to be active in some parts of Makkah, and Madinah regions, reducing the horizontal sight.
The report showed that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea would be northerly to northwesterly at a speed of 20-45km/h, on the northern and central parts and westerly to northwesterly at a speed of 15-40km/h on the southern part, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf would be northerly to northwesterly at a speed of 12-30km/h.
