3rd US senior security official resigns since Bolton’s appointment
Tehran, IRNADeputy of the US national security adviser Nadia Schadlow resigned as the third senior security advisor that has stepped down since appointment of John Bolton as Donald Trump's national security adviser
A Donald Trump's administration official said that Schadlow will remain in her post until April 27 in order to assist with the transition to her successor, according to The Hill website.
Schadlow was a confidant of the ex-national security adviser H.R. McMaster. He was replaced with Bolton on May 22 by President Trump.
Before Schadlow, spokesman Michael Anton, and Homeland security Adviser Tom Bossert had resigned.
Bolton has been dubbed as the 'hawks' hawk', as he had supported the US invasion of Iraq and has published various works with interventionist themes.
