9 Yemeni civilians wounded in Saudi airstrike
Tehran, Nine Yemeni civilians including two women were injured in a Saudi airstrike against residential units in the Yemeni capital city of Sana'a Tuesday, Almasirah TV network reported early Wednesday.
The Saudi warplanes targeted two residential units located in central Sana'a, Islamic Republic News Agency quoted Almasirah as reporting.
During their air raid, Saudi jet fighters bombed a foodstuff factory three times, Almasirah said.
In March 2015, Saudi Arabia and some of its Arab allies including the United Arab Emirates launched an aggression on Yemen in a bid to return to power deposed Yemeni president Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi.
Some 14,000 Yemeni civilians have been killed and the impoverished country has turned into ruins as a result of the Saudi-led coalition aggression.
