A delegation from the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visited the Iraqi Museum, accompanied by the Saudi military attaché at the Embassy in Baghdad.

A statement by the Ministry of Culture stated: The visiting delegation was briefed on the museum exhibits that represent the prehistoric civilization of Mesopotamia, Sumer, Babylon, Assyria and the Islamic civilization.

The visiting delegation expressed its great admiration for the antiquities on display that were and still are an important icon in the history of humanity.
