Cairo: Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit has welcomed Armenia's official recognition of the State of Palestine, calling it a brave decision that demonstrates Armenia's commitment to being on the right side of history.In a statement today, Aboul Gheit emphasized that the growing number of countries recognizing the State of Palestine reflects the international community's widespread belief that the occupation must end and the two-state solution must be implemented.
