Archbishop: Interfaith dialogue leading to honest dialogue of politicians

Mashhad, The Archbishop of Armenians in Tehran said that as long as there was no honest dialogue among religious leaders, there's no honest dialogue among politicians as well.

At the opening ceremony of the first international conference of Imam Reza (AS) and Interfaith Dialogue in Mashad on Wednesday, Sebouh Sarkissian added that the dialogue of religions provides a platform for peace, coexistence, friendship and cooperation.

He noted that dialogue between religions, especially focusing on Imam Reza, is very important and we welcome it.

'Today, dialogue has become a fundamental necessity in our world, where the creature of God is desperately seeking peace, and love and mutual respect,' he said.
