Armenian president to visit Iran on Saturday

Tehran, July 31, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is slated to arrive in Tehran on Saturday morning at the head of a high-ranking delegation.

Armenian Ambassador to Tehran Artashes Tumanyan told IRNA on Monday afternoon that Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandyan and Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources Ashot Manookian are accompanying President Sargsyan during this visit.

He added that President Sargsyan's visit to Tehran would last 2 days and he will participate in swearing-in ceremony of President Rouhani.

Sargsyan will also attend dinner banquet by President Rouhani on Saturday evening, the ambassador said.
