Attack on eastern Afghanistan kills 15, injures 15
Kabul, Nangarhar Governor Ataollah Khogiani announced that the attack on Nangarhar Province has claimed the lives of 15 and injured 15 more.
Two armed assailants targeted the International Organization for Migration in Afghanistan on Tuesday, Khogiani told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
Head of the International Organization for Migration together with some staff was rescued.
No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the deadly attack yet.
Earlier, a roadside bomb explosion in Afghanistan's Farah Province claimed the lives of at least 11 people and injured 31 others.
The explosion hit a passenger bus on Herat-Kabul road, Head of Health Department of Farah Province Abduljabbar Shayeq told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
