Austrian attache urges keeping trade ties with Iran
London, Iran has high capacities of trade despite the sanctions the US has imposed on it, Austria's business attache to Tehran Grab Mayer said.
Advising Austrian companies to keep doing business with Iran, Austria's Commercial Attache to Tehran said that the country is of a high potential for trade partnership despite the sanctions being imposed on it by Washington.
The official who was speaking at a forum on the world in economic transition, added that Iranian and Austrian companies certainly will find lawful, innovative ways to continue their cooperation.
At the forum also the latest developments in the Middle East, as well as the economic opportunities and challenges were discussed.
Focus on Iranian market comes amid the US antiIran propaganda which has not been welcomed warmly by European states.
The European Union has taken measures including the Blocking Statute to protect companies against the sanctions.
It has also expressed its support for the nuclear deal and vowed to devise a mechanism for preserving business relations with Iran.
