Azerbaijan stresses cooperation with Iran against organized crimes

Tehran, Azerbaijan's interior minister on Tuesday underlined cooperation with Iran in fields of fighting organized crimes, drug trafficking and terrorism.

'We want increase of cooperation with Iran on a daily basis,' Azerbaijan's Interior Minister Ramil Usubov said in a meeting with Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani.

He referred to Iran-Azerbaijan cooperation in fighting organized crimes and noted that terrorism has created big problems and drug trafficking cannot be controlled by one country.

The official called for development of cooperation in all fields, in particular, in parliamentary affairs.

Heading a high-ranking political delegation, Usubov arrived in Tehran on Monday and was received by his Iranian counterpart Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli
