Bolivia stresses broadening of ties with Iran
Madrid, Bolivian foreign minister on Friday underlined improvement of relations with Iran in all fields.
Undoubtedly, Iran and Bolivia will foster their relations in the future, Diego Pary said.
He made the remarks in a farewell ceremony held for Iran's Ambassador to Bolivia Reza TabatabaieShafiei on Thursday.
The Bolivian foreign minister lauded the efforts made by the Iranian ambassador to improve the two countries' relations during his mission.
The official thanked Iran's scholarship program for the Bolivian students as well as Tehran's cooperation with Sucre in health field.
Iran and Bolivia have signed various cooperation documents in fields of culture, mining, industry, agriculture, natural resources management, water, science and technology in the past twelve years, he noted.
The Bolivian foreign minister gave the Bolivia Order of Simon Bolivar, Grand Cross Model to the Iranian outgoing ambassador.
In addition to the friendly political relations with the Latin American countries, Iran has also highlevel relations with Latin American countries in economic, trade and industrial fields.
