Bolton, Netanyahu meet to discuss Iran: Western media
Tehran, US National Security Adviser John Bolton and prime minister of the Zionist regime Benjamin Netanyahu met in the Occupied Palestine on Sunday to discuss Iran, Western media reported.
Calling Bolton 'tremendous friend of Israel', Netanyahu said, 'I look forward to discussing with you a whole array of topics, but the most important one is how to continue to roll back Iran's aggression in the region and to make sure that they never have nuclear weapons. Many other things, but I think this is a good starting point.'
The Israeli prime minister made the remarks while the transfer of the US embassy to the Holy Quds is contrary to the international laws and the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions, and the fact that Iran has had a pivotal role in stabilizing the region by helping tremendously to destroy the US-made Israeli-supported Daesh terrorist group.
Iran has also said repeatedly that it has never been and will never be after developing the nuclear bomb, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has issued a fatwa against the nuclear bomb as something religiously illicit; the US is the biggest developer and storage of nuclear weaponry in the world and the Zionist regime is the only holder of nuclear bombs in Western Asia and Northern Africa. It has been estimated that Israel has 200-400 nuclear war heads.
US President Donald Trump illegally announce the Holy Quds as the capital of the Zionist regime and transfer the US embassy to the holy city. The decision triggered a worldwide protest even by the US' allies.
On May 8, President Trump decided to pull out of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which was the fruit of 12 years of strenuous efforts and talks, affronting the UN Security Council, the EU, Britain, Russia, China, Germany, France, and the whole world that have supported the landmark Iran Deal.
