The prince is seen holding the roughly three foot (1 metre) long sword as he dances with the troupe. After the ceremony Charles and his wife Camilla were hosted by Sultan Qaboos bin Said, according to media reports. Charles also visited the city's new national museum, among other events.

Charles and Camilla landed in Muscat on Friday night (November 4), and are expected to visit the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain during their tour.
