Damascus Province: Terrorists Sustain Loss in Airstrikes in Douma
The Syrian fighter jets struck the mortar and rocket launchers of the terrorists in the city of Douma and its countryside in Damascus province on Monday.
Army reports said the terrorists' rocket and mortar launchers were destroyed in the Syrian airstrikes in Douma region; FNA reported.
Meantime, the Syrian army continued its advances in Eastern Ghouta and made military gains in the Northeastern part of the town of Meida'ani.
Early reports said Jeish Al-Islam terrorists have retreated from their positions in the town after sustaining human loss in clashes with invading army units.
Last Wednesday, the Syrian Army troops continued to storm Jeish al-Islam terrorists' positions in Eastern Ghouta of Damascus and came close to Douma city.
The army soldiers struck more victories against terrorists of Jeish al-Islam near the strategic town of Meida'ani and came closer to the city of Douma, the main stronghold of Jeish al-Islam in region.
