Flag tribute at Iran’s embassy in Jordan for Ahvaz victims

Beirut, Iran's embassy in Jordan lowered flag to half-mast as a sign of mourning for the victims of the terrorist attack in southwest city of Ahvaz.

The terrorist attack targeted Saturday a military parade and the civilian bystanders in the capital city of Khuzestan Province, Ahvaz. Twenty-five people, including children, were killed and some 60 people other were injured by the terrorists.

Iran's flag at the country's embassy in Amman was flown at half-mast on Monday that was declared a public mourning over the death of scores of Iranians in the terrorist attack.

A group, calling itself al-Ahwazieh, has claimed responsibility of the terrorists attack.

A number of countries and leaders from around the world have condemned the attack.
