Tehran There is no need for gimmicks while trying to maintain peace, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said.

'No need for empty words or gimmicks--including glowing orbs--when you're busy actually working for peace and against terror,' Zarif wrote in a Twitter message released on Wednesday.

Zarif together with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and some other senior officials traveled to Russia to attend Sochi Tripartite Summit held today.

The tripartite which was held in Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi focused on the results of Syria peace talks held in Astana, Kazakhstan and the beginning of political process within Syria.
