Riyadh: Head of the General Court of Audit (GCA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Hussam bin Abdulmohsen Al-Angari, met with Chair of the Global Board of Directors of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Sally-Anne Pitt, during the Fifth Internal Auditing Forum organized by the GCA in Riyadh.During the meeting, they discussed topics related to the field of the internal auditing profession and the efforts of the GCA in supporting the profession in the Kingdom, as well as exploring ways to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences.The IIA is considered the professional reference for all internal audit organizations and associations worldwide. Dr. Al-Anqari, who has been a member of its Board of Directors since 2022, also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Confederation for Institutes of Internal Auditors (ARABCIIA), which focuses on the internal auditing profession and its members across the Arab world.Source: Saudi Press Agency
