Iran actress snatches Asian New Talent Awards
Beijing, Iranian Actress Negar Moghaddam received Asian New Talent Awards of the 2018 Shanghai International Film Festival.
Negar Moghaddam played in the movie 'Dressage' directed by Pouya Badkubeh.
Golsa, a 16 year old girl from suburb of Tehran, who is motivated primarily by boredom rather than greed, robs a corner shop with her friends. But while sharing the booty they are distressed to realize that they forgot to take the security camera footage. One of them must return to the crime scene to get it.
The Shanghai International Film Festival is one of the largest film festivals in East Asia.
Along with Tokyo International Film Festival, the SIFF is one of the biggest film festivals in Asia.
The first festival was held from October 7 to 14, 1993, and was held until 2001. In 2003 there was no festival due to the SARS outbreak.
Since its beginning in 1993, Shanghai International Film Festival has grown to become an A-category international film festival.
