Iran, Bulgaria FMs discuss bilateral ties, regional issues
Tehran, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in a meeting with his Bulgarian counterpart Ekaterina Zakharieva reviewed regional issues and mutual cooperation.
Current issues in the region like in Yemen and Syria and the importance of fighting terrorism and extremism as a global common threat were among topics discussed by both sides.
Zarif, heading an economic delegation, is visiting Bulgaria as a part of his trip to Eastern Europe.
He aslo held talks with Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Emil Lyubenov Karanikolov, the Eastern European country's Economy Minister
