The diplomat said that no about that the enemies of Islam are behind creating problems in the Muslim world to weaken Ummah. He said that hands of enemies of Islam can be seen in wars in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and Afghanistan.
Mehdi Honardoost noted that almost 70 years have passed since the illegal occupation of Palestinian land by the Zionists.
He said that it is very unfortunate that at this moment US President Donald Trump has announced to relocate American embassy from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem, an unwise decision which is against all international laws and norms.
The ambassador said that this decision is an open support of the US for the Zionist regime against the oppressed Palestinians. He went on to say that the US move hurt the sentiments of Muslims all over the world.
