Iran female recurve team bag gold at Czech champs

Tehran, Iranian disabled archery team received a gold medal at 2018 Para-Archery Championships recurve category.

The event started with the attendance of 30 teams on July 2.

Iranian recurve squad consisting of Zahra Nemati, Zahra Delkhosh and Somaye Rahimi snatched a gold medal.

Archery is open to athletes with a physical impairment, who may shoot with assistive devices allowed under classification rules, if required. Para archery competition, which includes specific competition categories for athletes with certain classifications, is an integral part of the Paralympic Games.

In recurve mix category, Gholamreza Rahimi and Zahra Nemati received silver medals.
