Iran FM to visit Munich to attend security conference
Tehran, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is scheduled to leave for Germany Saturday night to participate in Munich Security Conference, Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
Zarif is to address the conference Sunday on the most important issues related to regional and international security and also on Iran's positions in this regard, Bahram Qasemi said.
He is also to hold meetings with officials of the countries participating in Munich Security Conference.
The Munich Security Conference is happening February 16-18.
Dozens of Military chiefs and world leaders will be discussing and confronting each other about the world's most pressing security issues.
The Munich Security Conference comprises three days of debates, speeches, and sideline meetings regarding international defence policy.
