Iran never favors extremism, advocates detente: MP
Kerman, Chairman of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission said on Wednesday that Iran has never favored extremism and will never favor it, as its foreign policy has always been based on detente and prevention of crisis.
Addressing a gathering of business persons in Kerman, Heshmatollah Falahat-Pisheh added that the era of extremism will not last and a good government can survive extremism in a good manner.
The era of Trump [US president] will not remain either. We should extend further support to the economic activists to pass the era in a way that our economic stability is preserved, he said.
Under the current conditions, we should preserve economic stability through reliance on local resources, Falahat-Pisheh said.
Eslamabad-e Gharb MP also voiced his commission's readiness for solving problems facing the private sector.
