Iran non-oil exports up by 21 percent
Tehran, Iran's non-oil exports from March 2 to June 17, 2018 hit 11.242 billion dollars registering a 21 percent increase compared to the similar period last year, the head of the Customs Administration said Thursday.
The country's imports in the afore-mentioned period showed a five percent decline compared to the corresponding period in 2017, Forud Asgari said.
Statistics show that 9.984 billion dollars worth of commodities were imported to the country during the March-June period, he said.
The head of the Customs Administration said the country's trade balance up to June 17 was positive standing at 1.258 billion dollars.
