Iran Parliament speaker urges removing economic troubles
Shiraz, Iran's Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said on Tuesday that the Parliament and government officials do their best to powerfully pass the ongoing economic conditions.
Larijani made the remarks in a speech to a conference in Larestan, Fars Province, on the third day of his visit to the southern Iranian province.
We need to resolve the issues with reliance on people and try to ease pressures on the country's economy, Larijani said.
He noted that unity and solidarity within the country will disappoint the enemies.
Referring to plots by the enemies to exert pressure on the country, Larijani said less privileged class of the society need to receive more attention under the conditions.
Their issue is not Iran's nuclear program, rather it is the independence of the country, the official said, adding that they want to claim we brought Iranians to their knees.
