Iran president condoles with Russian counterpart on deadly plane crash

Tehran, Iran's President Hassan Rouhani extended condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday over the deadly plane crash which killed dozens of people near Moscow on Sunday.

President Rouhani also expressed sympathy with the families of those who lost their lives in the incident.

Antonov An-148 was en route to Orsk in the Ural mountains when it crashed near the village of Argunovo, about 80km (50 miles) south-east of Moscow. All the 65 passengers and the 6 crew members on board the plane were dead.
