Iran, Russia police underline boosting cooperation

Moscow, Deputy Commander of Iran Police Major General Hassan Karami discussed mutual cooperation with Chief of Moscow Police Major General Sergey Plakhikh on Friday.

Also commander of Iran Police Special Forces, Karami visited Moscow police units to get acquainted with its activities.

During the meeting, both officials dealt with cooperation between Tehran and Moscow police.

The Moscow police chief said that close cooperation has been established between Tehran and Moscow police since 2011.

We are ready for forging constructive ties and mutual cooperation and exchange of experience, he said.

He also briefed the Iranian official on disciplinary situation in Moscow, structure of Moscow police, rapid reaction center called 02 and activities of disciplinary units.
