Iran slams terrorist attack in Kabul
Tehran, Iranian Foreign Minister spokesman Bahram Qasemi in a message condemned the Monday terrorist attack in Kabul which claimed the lives of 7 and injured 9 others.
The accident happened near a place where some Afghan scholars gathered to discuss terrorist developments and to release statement with this regard.
Islamic Republic of Iran is standing by Afghanistan government and people to bring back peace and security to the country, Qasemi said.
While Afghan scholars gathered to discuss peace in Afghanistan and to denounce terror and violence, the warmonger terrorists created another crime so that the peaceful call of scholars of conveying the message of humanity, mercy and compassion and the fight against hostility, violence, terrorism and suicide attacks will not reach the people of Afghanistan and other nations, he added.
Qasemi sympathized with Afghan government and people and also with victims of the deadly accident.
Maintaining sustainable peace in Afghanistan is interwoven with unity and awareness of Afghan government and people, he reiterated.
