Iran, Turkey stress development of allout ties
Tehran, Iranian minister of communications and a Turkish cabinet minister on Monday underlined development of their cooperation in all fields, in particular information technology.
Establishment of a quadrilateral treaty among Iran, Turkey, Russia and Azerbaijan for development of their information technology market were discussed during a meeting between Iran’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology MohammadJavad Azari Jahromi and the Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Mehmet Cahit Turhan.
Iran is interested in cooperation with Turkey in fields of tourism, health tourism and information technology, the Iranian minister added.
He lauded Turkey’s stance on the US’ antiIranian measures and noted that sanctions have never affected the constructive ties between the two states.
In the meantime, the Turkish minister called for development of allout ties with Iran.
Iran and Turkey have agreed to boost their relations in fields of information and communication technology, he noted.
