Iran, Turkey to develop industrial cooperation
Ankara, Iranian commercial attache in Ankara Jafar Beiglou and Ramazan Yildirim, managing director of industrial towns at Turkey Industry and Technology Ministry underlined developing industrial cooperation.
During the meeting, both sides stressed the importance of maintaining mutual cooperation in industry and industrial town issues, especially in sanctions era.
They also expressed readiness for maintaining mutual industrial cooperation.
Beiglou referred to the capacities of Iranian free zones especially Maku and Aras, and extended readiness for attracting investment and implementing joint industrial projects.
He also pointed to Iran-Turkey joint economic commission meeting as the best opportunity for promoting industrial cooperation.
Yildirim, for his part, expressed readiness for having cooperation with Iranian side.
He called for continuation of talks on industrial town field and suggested dispatching Turkish delegation consisted of employers to Iran to hold talks with counterparts and to review joint cooperation.
