Iranian female cyclist killed in car crash

Ardebil, west Azarbaijan prov, July 24, IRNA -- Iranian Female national team cyclist Zeynab Sasanian, 19, was killed in a car crash on Monday.

After the car hit a tree in the street, Sasanian was killed and one of her relatives was also injured and transferred to hospital.

Police officers are investigating for the reason behind the incident.

She accompanied Iranian national team in 2017 Asian Cycling Championships.

Sasanian received silver and bronze medals in cycling championship.
