Iranian joins Pilates board of directors

Tehran, Iran's head of Sports for All Federation has won membership of the board of directors of World Pilates Confederation.

Kathy Corey, the President of the World Pilates Confederation appointed Ali Majdara as a member of the board and the top aide to the Confederation.

The appointment decree will be given to Majdara at the meeting of members to be held in Malaysia in February 2019.

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named.

Pilates called his method 'Contrology'. It is practiced worldwide, especially in Western countries such as Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
