Iranian navy flotilla to dock in Sri Lanka
Tehran, Iranian Navy's 60th naval Flotilla will dock in Colombo port of Sri Lanka in the next few days, said Deputy Commander of the Islamic Republic Navy Force Admiral Turaj Hassani Moqadam.
Hassani Moqadam told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) that the Iranian Navy's 60th flotilla will dock at the Port of Colombo in Sri Lanka in the next few days and it comprises three destroyers namely Bushehr, Lavan and Bayandor and has taken navy cadets to east of the Indian Ocean for training.
He went on to say that up to now, the Iranian navy has berthed in China Sea, Gulf of Aden, Red Sea, Suez Canal and the Mediterranean as well as Syrian Latakia.
Elsewhere in his address, the Iranian military commander said Fateh Submarine will go on a far distance mission.
