Iranian student snatches 3 medals in Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, Iranian student Parmis Morshedi received three scientific medals at Asian Science and Maths Olympiad in Malaysia.

Morshedi has so far received a silver medal at Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO), a silver medal at Math Kangaroo Contest and a gold medal at Asian Science and Math Olympiad (ASMO).

She also attended Mensa International test and became member of the organization.

Mensa is the largest and oldest high IQ society in the world. It is a non-profit organization open to people who score at the 98th percentile or higher on a standardized, supervised IQ or other approved intelligence tests.

She had earlier snatched a bronze medal at Asia International Mathematical Olympiad (AIMO) which is an annual international Olympiad competition originated from Hong Kong.

It is organized by the Asia International Mathematical Olympiad Union since 2012.
