Iran’s ‘Cultural Days’ kick off in the Philippines

Tehran, Simultaneous with inauguration of the activities of friendship society of Filipino Iranian women, Iran's 'Cultural Days' kicked off in the country, Iran's cultural attache in Manila Mohammad Jafarimalek said on Thursday.

The event has been conducted by Iran's cultural attache and close cooperation of Iranian organizations and institutes in the Philippines.

Various programs in calligraphy, photos, films, traditional music and paintings are to be displayed during the event , he said.

Cultural affinities between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Philippines are on rise in the fields of economy, scientific, culture and arts.
