Iran’s custom office tops world in finding new narcotics

Tehran, The customs office of Iran could top the world in finding hemp, announced World Customs Organization in a statement.

According to the World Customs Organization, 424 cases of discovery of hemp were registered in Iran.

The second and third places belonged to Bangladesh and Qatar, respectively with 131 and 61 cases.

The narcotic hemp seeds are mainly sent by mail to Iran from Europe.

According to the report of Regional Intelligence Liaison Offices (RILO), Iran's customs office received the first rank in fighting narcotics for the second time in a row.
