While a great deal of rightful depiction of the government depends on how the officials actually act. That is, the officials must make close contact with the people, laborers and industries, actively getting involved with them.
Ayatollah Khamenei referred to the positions held by the Iranian president in Europe as manifesting sovereignty and added: Manifesting sovereignty and power before foreigners particularly the Americans is necessary and should be done promptly, explicitly, and assertively.
Seriously pursuing work by using the country's capabilities and opportunities was another recommendation of the Leader to the officials, further adding that: The European partners are responsible for providing necessary guarantees regarding the JCPOA; however, the economy of the country must not linger on waiting for the Europeans to offer guarantees for the JCPOA.
Stressing the necessity of developing diplomacy and relations with foreign countries, Ayatollah Khamenei stated: Except for a few cases such as the United States Iran's relations with other countries, including with the West and the East, must expand and further develop. The practical dynamism and goal-oriented plans of the diplomacy must further increase.
