Iran’s envoy presents credentials to Mongolia’s president
Tehran, Iran's accredited ambassador in Mongolia on Tuesday presented his credentials to the latter's President Khaltmaagiin Battulga.
Mohammad Keshavarzzadeh, also Iran's ambassador to People's Republic of China, presented his credentials as the country's accredited ambassador in a special ceremony at the Government Palace in Mongolia's capital city Ulaanbaatar.
In a separate meeting, the Iranian accredited ambassador and the Mongolian president discussed bilateral cooperation in various spheres, including politics, economy and trade between the two countries.
Keshavarzzadeh highlighted the historical relations between the two countries and expressed hope that the ties in all fields, particularly in agriculture and animalrelated industries be broadened.
Referring to his meeting with Iran's President Hassan Rouhani, the Mongolian president, in the meeting, said that there is no obstacle to bilateral relations between Tehran and Ulaanbaatar.
