Iran’s fight against COVID-19 exemplary model, Health Min says
Tehran Iranian Minister of Health Saeed Namaki on Saturday said that the way Iran has combated COVID-19 pandemic has been set as an example in the world.
Despite all the difficulties in dealing with the imposed sanctions and economic as well as equipment constraints, Iran is one of the successful states in the fight against the deadly coronavirus, he noted.
Earlier today, Head of Iran’s Health Ministry Public Relations Office Kianoush Jahanpour said that 57 more Iranians died from coronavirus over the past 24 hours bringing the total deaths to 7,734.
The outbreak of dangerous coronavirus (COVID-19) has been affecting the world for a number of months requiring a collective campaign of the international community to thwart the threat posed to humanity by the pandemic.
